Wendy Y. Bailey

Affectionately called, "Wendy Y" by her business friends and associates, Wendy Y. Bailey is a Personal and Business Coach. She founded Brilliance In Action, a professional coaching business that helps women entrepreneurs and business owners blend their personal and business lives successfully. Wendy Y served as the host and producer of a bi-monthly 30-minute television special that aired on public access in Atlanta. The show entitled, “Brilliance In Action” featured area business owners and entrepreneurs discussing their challenges and working with Wendy Y to map out action plans and deliver results. Her business and personal development articles are featured in various online publications all over the world. Wendy earned a B.S., Management from National Louis University. In addition to receiving numerous continuing education credits, she has trained professional at George Washington University, Coach University and Coach Training Alliance. She also serves as Associate Vice President of Marketing and Communications for CoachVille. Wendy is a Certified Fearbuster Group Leader through the Fearless Living Institute as well as faculty members of Georgia Perimeter College. She is also founding member of International Association of Coaches (IAC), a global collective of coaches dedicated to coaching development and proficiency throughout the profession.
