Stephanie Backstrom
Prior to launching Bee Ready Inc, Ms. Backstrom graduated from GMI Engineering & Management Institute, with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1993. Her career climb started right after high school. She has held various manufacturing engineering and management positions at Ford Motor Company, Harley Davidson, General Motors, Mercedes Benz and Medtronic. Within those companies, she was involved with various diversity committees and training efforts. Her coaching style of supervision and exposure to leadership levels within these organizations has given her a broad background of experience and a wealth of knowledge. Coaching Specialty
