Patricia Gadsden
As the Executive Director and Founder of Life Esteem, Inc., Patricia draws on 30-plus years of managerial and organizational skills, as well as an ability to understand complex problems and issues which her clients may encounter on a daily basis. Her background includes working in the Human Resources office of the Washington Post Newspaper, and the Washington D.C. School District. Patricia has been a top flight Insurance Agent and a Tax Consultant. Patricia has developed excellent money management skills and takes great pride in directing large projects to successful completion. Through her Life Esteem business, Patricia has developed a dynamic Life Skills curriculum, which is offered through the Harrisburg School District and her own summer camp for youth. She has become a much sought after workshop leader, and develops curriculum for the Competency-based Training Program of Pittsburgh University. She has excellent skills in time management, networking, and goal setting. She is now partnering with clients through her own successful business as a professional Coach.
