Nathaniel Gadsden
As a Trainer and Counselor with Life Esteem, Inc., Nathaniel draws on 30-plus years of leadership and human relations skills, as well as, an ability to direct diverse organizations of various sizes, which his clients grapple with on a daily basis. Nathaniel and his wife, Patricia Gadsden, founder and director of Life Esteem, Inc., co-host an award winning weekly television talk show, called Life Esteem. Nathaniel is Senior Pastor of Imani African Christian Church. Nathaniel's background includes working as State Director of The Higher Education Equal Opportunity Program (Act 101) for the Pennsylvania Department of Education. In this position, Nathaniel managed a budget of ten million dollars and had oversight of 80 programs on College and University campuses across Pennsylvania. Nathaniel has excellent organizational and time management skills. Nathaniel believes "If you can conceive it, you can achieve it." Nathaniel is there for his clients every step of the way. His expertise is helping clients to discover their strengths and weaknesses and use both as a tool for success.
