I entered the coaching profession after over twenty years as a board certified gynecologist and infertility specialist. Through my medical practice I realized that many ailments were exacerbated or directly linked to lifestyle, family, emotional and spiritual issues. My coaching practice incorporates spiritual principles to guide clients to raise their personal awareness and take responsibility for life choices by tapping into the client’s own solutions and inner knowledge. This heightened personal awareness of the rightness or wrongness of individual life choices may be manifested as a sense of well-being and health or bodily complaints including stress, depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, headaches. I assist clients with understanding their dis “ease” to promote self-healing. The key areas my coaching practice focuses on are Life Coaching, Career, and Health/Wellness. However, as a SUN ® Coach all life areas are addressed during the five month program. I offer coaching in person, by phone and also via the internet. Coaching Specialty
