Julianna has over ten years of education and experience in the areas of management training and development, coaching and performance management. She is the founder and CEO of Divine Excellence Consulting (DEC)—a consulting firm specializing in assisting individuals and groups in realizing their vision and setting goals for success. In her coaching capacity, she specializes in life, career and spiritual coaching. As well, Julianna facilitates classes and is asked to speak on various motivational topics including visioning, goal-setting, discovering one’s purpose and establishing work-life balance.
