Dr. Hewitt's practice specializes in designing coaching programs to support the development of human potential and end suffering. He brings a broad perspective and deepened sensitivity to his coaching for people who face personal and professional challenges.

Being a person of color, he brings a broad culturally competent perspective and deepened sensitivity in coaching Blacks/African Americans as well as people of color from multi-racial and multi-ethnic backgrounds who face personal and professional challenges.

He approaches his clients as whole beings wishing to transform an important aspect of their lives. Clients come away with a renewed and reenergized sense of self and spirit.

Dr. Hewitt also has an active organizational development consulting practice. The combination of integral coaching and organizational development consulting offers clients an enriched perspective of the challenges and issues clients encounter.

He's also a Senior Lecturer at St. Mary's College of California for more than a decade, and teaches courses in Executive Leadership, Student Leadership, and Organizational Behavior.
