What We Do
Founded in 1998 by Veronica Conway, BPCA is dedicated to empowering the lives of Black individuals, partners, and teams through the benefits of coaching. Personal coaching is a series of inquiries, challenges, and setting accountability goals that results in altering one's belief system, which produces dramatically enhanced levels of performance in any area of one's life.
BPCA is a community of African-American coaches committed to providing education to the African-American community about the needs and benefits of personal coaching.
